[Lofarpwg] Change: next PWG telecon on Monday Feb 21st at 13UT

Hi all,

My apologies, I didn’t realise that today’s PWG telecon would directly clash with our PhD Recruitment day talks this afternoon (I thought there would be enough of a gap).

The next LOFAR Pulsar Working Group (PWG) telecon will therefore be Monday Feb 21st at 13UT (13UK/14EU).  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
